Everton winger Matthew Kennedy has joined Hibernian on loan till January.
The 19-year-old will join up with former Under 21 manager Alan Stubbs as he aims to guide Hibs back to the SPL at the first time of asking.
Kennedy arrived from Kilmarnock in August 2012 and spent time on loan in England last season, turning out for League One sides Tranmere Rovers and MK Dons.
The youngster would have fancied his chances of getting senior football under his belt for the Blues this year with their increased schedule, but will instead head to Scotland before returning to Goodison Park in January.
