The Express are reporting that Everton could be set to do battle with Arsenal and Liverpool for Lille winger Salomon Kalou.
The former Chelsea man is reportedly available for loan, with the French side aiming to reduce their wage bill by offloading the Ivorian. Kalou is also keen for a second stint in the Premier League according to the newspaper.
Roberto Martinez recently admitted that his side were in the market for an attacking winger to add to the squad ahead of the new Premier League season. A loan deal would be ideal for the Blues, with Everton gaining an experienced left-winger at a low cost price.
Kalou scored 16 goals in 37 appearances for the French side last year, with a goal record of one in two since joining them in 2012. He also scored 36 goals in 156 appearances for Chelsea during his stay in London. He was most recently at the World Cup with Nigeria before their exit at the last 16 stage.
