Everton midfielder Lundstram joins Blackpool

Young Everton midfielder John Lundstram has joined Blackpool on a season-long loan deal.

The 20-year-old has joined the Championship side as they try to build a squad ahead of their league opener against Nottingham Forest this weekend.

Lundstram is yet to make his debut for the Everton senior side, but has enjoyed loans at Doncaster Rovers, Yeovil Town and Leyton Orient. He has featured in the Blues pre-season games against Tranmere Rovers and Leicester City so far.
