Everton 2014/15 squad numbers revealed

Everton have confirmed their squad numbers for the upcoming 2014/15 campaign.

Most of the numbers we already knew, with record £28million signing Romelu Lukaku given the number 10 shirt. Gareth Barry has kept the number 18 shirt he wore last season while fellow new signing Muhamed Besic will wear the number 17 shirt worn by Lukaku last year.

Brendan Galloway and Sam Bryne have been given 32 and 40 respectively, suggesting they will spend much of their time in the Under-21 squad next year. The same goes for goalkeeper Jindrich Stanek, who joined in January and will wear the number 36 shirt should he be included in the first-team squad.

Elsewhere there have been few changes among the senior players, though Antolin Alcaraz has switched to the number 30 shirt. Under-21 Player of the Year Tyias Browning meanwhile will wear the number 27 shirt this season.
