After having excellent luck with last season's loan signing from Chelsea, Roberto Martinez and Everton are reportedly trying to work out a loan deal for Christian AtsuIf the Daily Mail is to be believed, the Toffees are looking to bring the coveted 22-year-old winger to Goodison.

Atsu spent last season on loan at Vitesse Arnhem in Holland. He scored five goals in 28 appearances, but has stated he doesn't wish to return to the Erevidisie this season. He also played in this summer's World Cup for Ghana, and while he failed to score a goal, he played well, looking particularly strong in the match against the United States.

West Ham and Aston Villa, along with Celtic, are all reportedly interested in Atsu as well. If Everton were to sign Atsu on loan, any deal for Romelu Lukaku would have to be a permanent transfer as EPL rules prevent teams from singing multiple players of loan from the same team.
