Everton have signed former Manchester United striker Sam Byrne to their youth ranks.
The Republic of Ireland international has signed on a free transfer after making 13 appearances on loan at League One Carlisle United last season, scoring once.
He is joined in signing a professional deal by seven of the clubs title-winning U18 squad. European U17 winner JonJoe Kenney is the principal name on the list of those agreeing deals with the club.
That list includes midfielders Joe Williams and Harry Charlsey, goalkeeper Russel Griffiths, defensive duo Gethin Jones and Curtis Langton as well as striker Calum Dyson.
