The Express is reporting that Everton have been told to move fast if they want to sign Lyon's Clement Grenier.
Reports in France are that Lyon need get any potential deal for the Frenchman completed before June 30 as they need to balance the books for this financial year.
As well as the Toffee's, Grenier has been linked with a move to Arsenal, Southampton and even AC Milan who have just signed his compatriot Jeremy Menez.
However, after Arsenal passed on signing Cesc Fabregas because Wenger feels the club has enough quality there already, a move to the capital is unlikely. That means the door could open for sides like Everton and Southampton.
It is believed any potential club could get the French international at a bargain price, something that would attract Roberto Martinez, with the Ligue 1 side desperate to offload the 23-year-old.
