Mundo Deportivo are reporting that Everton are speaking to Barcelona over potential transfers.
Following the success of Gerard Deulofeu's loan spell at Goodison Park last season, Roberto Martinez and Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta are said to be exploring other possibilities.
Although these players are likely to be from the Catalan club's B team, Barcelona are impressed with Martinez's attitude and the style of football his side plays, with Zubizarreta visiting Everton's training facilities in February.
With Everton having a longer schedule next year as a result of the Europe League, it is reported Barcelona may send as many as two players to England, although Mundo Deportivo doesn't name any names.
Everton have already been linked with a move for winger Christian Tello, although Echo reporter Greg O'Keefe later reported that his signing is "not a priority".
If this were to come to fruition, it would be akin to Everton becoming a feeder team for the Catalan giants, something that I would personally be keen to see but can accept that a club of our size should be a feeder side to nobody.
