The Goodison Reaper: He came, he taunted David Moyes, he got ejected

David Moyes returned to Goodison Park today for the first time since leaving Everton last summer to replace Alex Ferguson at Manchester United. There were some boos and jeers from the Everton fans when he exited the tunnel, but one fan decided to go a step further.
