Roberto Martinez has ruled out any major signings during the January transfer window.

The Spaniard has came out and said he believes in the quality he already has available, saying that he thinks it will be able to cope with the demands of both domestic and European football.

The manager feels that the signings made during the summer transfer window, as well as returning players such as Arouna Koné and Bryan Oviedo, will provide the squad with the depth required as they compete in the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League in 2015.

Martinez told a news conference: "We'll always work hard to try to see what we can do, but it's not a priority in this window.

"I felt the priority was to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in the summer window. We achieved that, and I'm very pleased with the squad. In January, I don't expect any major changes."
