If you were to do a quick search of Everton on the internet today, you would no doubt be inundated by stories about an Everton fan wiping his nose and then placing his..."findings" on a woman's head. Not surprisingly, there are more important things going on at Goodison Park as Everton's young striker, Hallam Hope, was sent on loan to Bury FC of League Two until January.
This will be Hope's second spell with Bury after he found some success there last season, netting a hat-trick against Portsmouth and finishing the campaign with five goals. He has spent his entire senior career out on loan and yet to feature for the senior team. However, Hope has done well during his time on loan and has found some success, especially during his time at Bury.
Hope still has a way to go before he sees any first team action, especially since he appears to be behind fellow youngsters Chris Long and Conor McAleny. We can hope for nothing but health and success for Hope as he tries to impress Roberto Martinez during his time away from the team.
