The agreed upon transfer of Everton forward Nikica Jelavic to Hull City appears set to be completed on Tuesday. Several outlets, including the BBC, are reporting that Jelavic is set to complete his move and apparently Hull City owner Assem Allam is pleased.

It certainly appears that at least he's really excited about bringing Jelavic to Hull.
Everton and Hull agreed to a deal reportedly worth up to £6.5m for the Croatian striker, with talks held between Hull and Jelavic's representatives over the weekend. Jelavic is supposed to be traveling to the KC Stadium on Tuesday to complete a medical and finalize the transfer.
Assuming the deal is completed -- and there's no reason to believe it won't be -- it would become Hull's record transfer, breaking the £5.25m record set with the signing of Tom Huddlestone.
