Everton in San Francisco, USA - all the info you need!

Keep it here for all the information you'll need if you're heading to the Everton vs Juventus game in San Francisco on July 31st.

Everton take their pre-season tour on the road when they play Juventus on July 31st in their first game of the International Champions Cup in San Francisco, USA. There are still tickets available, click here to grab what's left. If you want to sit in the Everton supporters block click here, or need any information regarding where to stay etc in SF, click here. The event page is on Facebook too. Meanwhile, bookmark the Everton US Tour website as the fine folk there collate all the news and relevant info there.

Here is the calendar of formal events that have been announced so far, thanks to David Kurtz who has been amazing with organizing a lot of this -

Mon. July 29th - 8pm - Player Meet & Greet at Buca di Beppo 855 Howard St. in SF ft. Tim Howard. Free event.

Tues. July 30th - Evening - McTeague's Pub 2713 Polk St. in SF ft. Phil Jagielka. Free event.

Tuesday July 30th - 7pm - Everton Open Practice at AT&T Park. Free event, just RSVP here -

Wed. July 31st - 4-7pm - Pre-game party for Everton in the Community at Pedro's Cantina (across from AT&T Park) ft. Graeme Sharp and EitC raffle. Free event but suggested donation of $10 or raffle ticket.

Team appears to be staying at the Ritz Carlton. On Monday, they trained at San Francisco State University so presumably they will be back there on Tuesday during the day.

TUESDAY, JULY 30 - Open practice day in San Francisco
7 p.m. - OFFICIAL OPEN TRAINING - AT&T Park - This is a free event, but you must RSVP at the Everton official website:
8:30 p.m. - OFFICIAL TEAM MEET & GREET - McTeague's Saloon (1237 Polk St San Francisco) - Free event! Meet Phil Jagielka and Tony Hibbert! Go to Everton's official website to RSVP:
WEDNESDAY, JULY 31 - Game day in San Francisco
4-7 p.m. - Official EvertonUSA Pregame Gathering: Pedro's Cantina (128 King St SF), directly across the street from AT&T Park. There will be a raffle for EFC memorabilia to support Everton in the Community. Expect Everton dignitaries in attendance, including legendary team historian and author, Dr. David France.
7:15 p.m. (Unconfirmed): Everton and Juventus fans and dignitaries will meet at the Willie Mays statue in front of AT&T Park for a candlelight vigil and moment of silence to honor those killed and hurt at the Heysel stadium disaster.
Note 1 - Banners: The Giants have a relatively lax policy about bringing signs into the park, so here's your best chance to be creative:
Note 2 - Participate!: We are putting together a list of names, chants and songs. If you're sitting in the Everton section, we expect you to participate. It's going to be fun!

8 p.m. - Everton vs. Juventus, AT&T Park in San Francisco. International Champions Cup opening game. TV: Fox Soccer.

Postgame: Nothing formally planned that we know of, but there's always time before last call.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 1- Meet and greet day in San Francisco/Los Angeles Morning, time/place TBA: We were originally told Everton will have a morning open practice session in the Bay Area before the team leaves for Los Angeles. This seems less likely considering the other events.
