Phil Neville has decided to leave Everton after the end of this season and try his luck somewhere else. He has not chosen to retire.

-- Probably the best move for both parties. My guess is that Neville would either move abroad to high playing clubs in the US, Middle East, or Australia or try a player/manager role.
