Manchester United v Everton: Live GameThread

A couple of changes on both sides of the ball.

Neville comes in at RB and Heitinga is relegated to the bench (thank god!). Also, it seems that Manchester United has made a number of changes but they are so deep that this starting XI looks like a world beater as well. Let's hope that's not the case.
