Everton have finally revealed their new home kit for the upcoming 2012/13 season.
And yes, the rumoured white sleeves are there.

I haven't been a prolific buyer of kits in recent years but was looking forward to what Nike had to offer and have already purchased the rather smart black and yellow away kit.
However, I have to admit I am rather disappointed with the home strip.The white armbands just make it look ridiculous. The long-sleeved version thankfully only has small white cuffs, but at £55 it is a hefty purchase.
In the greater scheme of things the kit doesn't really matter. If you don't like it, don't buy it, and there will be another three next season.
However, after the arrival of Nike and the great away kit, I can't help but feel underwhelmed and wonder what was going though the designer's head when he/she thought "I know, to complete the look, lets have some massive white bands on the arms."
