After the injuries to both Darron Gibson and Marouane Fellaini, Moyes may be inclined to sign Thomas Hitzlsperger, who is currently on trail at the club.
It will probably give us some much needed depth and experience (and insurance) in case of further injury. All he needed to do was prove that his last injury was passed him and it seems like he may have accomplished that.
