Everton supporter uses Twitter to ask Barclays to knock block Bill Kenwright's account, comedy ensues

One intrepid Everton supporter tried to get Barclays to not put blocks on Bill Kenwright's account and then tried to get the bank to buy the club...all in good fun of course.

Transfer deadline day isn't always about stressful last minute deals and either elation or disappointment concerning the deals your club did or didn't make. It's also about having fun on social media with the person running the account of major bank.

One such Evertonian did just that on Friday, deciding to try and get Barclay's to not block Bill Kenwright from spending some money.

Who says social media can't be fun?
