ToffeeLinks 12/11/2012: Fellaini Rumors and Top Four Dreams

Everyone's face in this photo is pretty hilarious - Alex Livesey

As Fellaini's form gets better, rumors connecting him to big spending clubs increase exponentially. Supposedly, only a top four finish can stop him from leaving.

Fellaini transfer watch has begun once again. Before getting caught up in it too much, I seriously don't see the club selling him unless we get at least £25 million. Also, I don't really see him leaving if we get to the Champions League as well.

Being able to achieve a top four finish is a completely different thing though. The victory against Sunderland really showed that we can win those matches that look like they will slip away from us. But drawing as many times as we have recently is not top four worthy. We need to figure out the lapses we keep having on defense.

Addressing the depth issues in January is also very important. Hopefully Moyes should still be able to use some of his magic in picking up class players at dirt cheap prices.

Everton FC can match Marouane Fellaini’s ambition says David Moyes - Daily Post North Wales
"David Moyes believes Everton can match the ambition of Marouane Fellaini after the towering Belgian produced yet another man-of-the-match display."

-- Moyes is getting all defensive when it comes to Fellaini possibly leaving. I think it's a big possibility, especially if we don't get to Europe. But I also think that he could just leave if someone offer him a lot of money. He seems like that type of person.
