The questions are now out in our competition to win former Everton physio Mick Rathbone's excellent book 'The
Smell Of Football.

If you want to know a bit more about the book then read our review here. It tells the tale of Baz's early struggles at his home town club Birmingham, his comeback at Blackburn and a varied career taking in every division in English football from the Conference with Halifax all the way to the Premier League with Everton.
